Awesome quality scooters, backed by an Amazing owner with great warranty.

There is a very legitimate reason for their 5.0 google rating and that is simply all to do with the Owner HATIM. If you know you know if you don't well let me tell you he picks up the phone every time I call, he answers every question I have ever had in great detail. I bought Teverun scooters in the past from other companies and Hatim warrantied anything I needed free of charge to my door within days. He came to my house after I bought a Teverun scooter elsewhere and I bricked the computer doing an update and could not get it to work so he replaced the whole scooter for me. I swear to you No One anywhere will give the service the Super Scoots will. Service is equally important as the quality of the scooter itself. Without good service and technical support with in stock parts you have ticking time bomb. Hatim fully bumper to bumper Warranties these scooters somehow for 2years, now that is standing behind your product if you ask me try and find that anywhere else it wont happen. Recently I purchased a new scooter from Hatim and I could not believe what also came with the scooter, Hatim sent me a fully armored Jacket I could not believe it. I was gonna go buy one the next day and they are not cheap at by any means, literally saved me probably $300. Why would you even consider going elsewhere when the level of Service is far beyond anything you'll find elsewhere.

The word thank you is really too little for you. If I could give you 10 stars, I would give them very good in terms of responding to messages and giving advice, and also in terms of quality. If you were in another city and wanted the scooter, just order it and it will cost you two days to arrive. This is what happened to me. Everything happened to me. Shoutout to Super Scoots and particularly Hatim Abou! Was having some issues with my LED's and we initially thought it was a faulty strip. Even after replacing with the new V3 strips it was still causing some concerns. After thuroughly going through it he found a weak/broken wire causing all the grief. He then went over my whole scoot (Fighter 11+) and did everything from adjusted set screws to replace the protection padding under the deck lid! Incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and took the time to look at everything, not just the problem. Hatim did all this even though i didn't originally get the Skoot from him! Thats a true sign of someone who believes in the products he sells! Teverun Scooter

The customer service is BEYOND BELIEF TEH BEST I have ever experienced in any product or servoce I have ever purchased. Consultaion, assistance, help with littl ethings like when silly me lost a key card etc.. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! If you want an amazing scooter (topspedd of Fighter 11+ confirmed at 85kph:-)) then go nowhere else. Fast, efficient, friendly and based in Canada. Give these guys your $ and you wont be disapointed!!

Super Scoots was an awesome company to deal with! They answered my questions immediately before the purchase, delivered in person the very next day, and even delivered a replacement part in person when it was discovered to be broken upon setting up the scooter. The scooter I wound up purchasing is the Teverun Fighter 11, and this thing is insanely fast! It has a specified top speed of 85 km/h, but I'm a big, heavy dude at 6'3" and 275 pounds, so I wouldn't expect it to actually reach that. However, I did manage to get it up to 77 km/h today, on a flat road, and the acceleration is incredible. Very, very impressed.

I can’t even explain the straight grin I get on my face every time I hop on this thing. I had an Apollo phantom on pre order for a little over a month and a half and well the summer was over. I have gotten a chance to ride the phantom and don’t get me wrong they both have some cons and pros. I had to cancel the Apollo and this thing beats it in almost every way. I did my research and shopped around. Looking on some other reviews people mentioned teverun and that’s when I got a hold of super scoots. Any questions that I had they answered and right away. I did have to ask about parts if needed for anything and again he said no problem that he carries everything. Apollo after reading so many reviews and then the major recall for the stem I had to cancel. I haven’t experienced ordering anything from Apollo for parts but from what I read everywhere people’s will be even waiting months for parts. No thanks. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase other than now wanting an even bigger machine. lol. Good solid product and built really well. I have had to take it in to a cycle shop here on the island where I’m from and they were shocked at the build quality. I’ll recommend them to anyone out there and super scoots be expecting me to buy another at some point! Cheers!

Picked up my blade gt 2 the other day . All I can say is wow! Had a blast took it out about 4 times already. I'm 300lbs this scooter has no problem getting me from A to B no problem. Just wanted to say thank you to the customer service iv had the guy has no problem answering any questions you might have and he is very prompt getting back to you. Super scoots is where it's at in Edmonton people. I was a previous owner of an electric scooter called the mantis 10. I decided after some research that these teverun scooters are very top of the line. After waiting a bit hatim would not hesitate to message me back assuring me the shipment is still in transit. I purchased a blade gt2 and I'll say it is by far the best experience I've had on an electronic scooter. Not only does the build quality feel insanely strong , the ride quality will blow your mind. I felt like I was on a cloud and air was just pushing me along. The suspension is top notch and everything else about this scooter is so well machined. Apart from these scooters feeling like absolute dreams , the customer service is unmatched for scooter anything. Bought the teverun blade mini pro on the 10 inch tires.. man oh man.. what a ride this is! Extremley satisfied. Customer service is top shelf and comes with a 1 year warranty. They were extremely knowledgable and well versed with the teverun brand. Thanks again guys I'll eventually be coming back for another model!

Friendly service, great communication , fantastic products . I bought a Blage GT and I love it . It's a beast ! I spend literally all of my free time on it , so you can imagine my disappointment when I managed to break my throttle (be careful of mud) . A text and a drive and a small repair fee later and it's like new again . Highly recommended. Buy a scooter from this guy . DO IT

5 star scooter, 5 star service! If you are at all thinking you may want a high end scooter, don't look anywhere else. The scooter is amazing. I got the Blade GT, which is extremely fast and tons of fun. Throw in the fact it is environmentally and economically friendly transportation and it was enough for me to order one. You won't be disappointed with the service the owner provides. He patiently answers all questions and has sent me out a part with no charge that I may or may not have inadvertently cross threaded when assembling. I was on the fence about getting one, and I am very glad I did!

This guy is amazing very nice guy I had a 65v battery that some cells where over loaded he took my battery out and and got to work on it quick fixed it for me at a very reasonable price and made my battery Bluetooth so I now can check my cells as I go and he does have some really good scooters for sale as well all round this guy is your man for everything scoot........
