Can I return the scooter for a refund?

Vig scooters can be returned for a full refund if unopened and in the original packaging, anytime within 30 days of receipt. If opened, but undamaged (subject to our inspection) and with less than 10km of of use, you can return it for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of receipt.
