What are the terms and conditions of pre-orders?

We try our best to always have most models in inventory but because of unanticipated demand and seasonality, sometimes we have to sell inventory from an incoming shipment.

Pre-orders are paid in full, and shipments are fulfilled according to when the order was placed. Sales are fully refundable (minus the 3% credit card fee) before the product has been shipped to you. If you pay via Klarna or Affirm, there’s a 6% cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel a pre-order if we’re not able to fulfill your order due to unforeseeable circumstances. In the event WE cancel your pre-order, you’ll get a full refund.
