What if my scooter arrives damaged?

If you purchased Navidium Shipping Protection, Super Scoots covers damage 100%. If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing. To file a claim, please open a support ticket by describing all the details and uploading all your photos.

If your scooter has a manufacturing defect, please open a support ticket we’ll be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
