Since your scooter was manufactured in China, if your order is over $2,000.00, expect an email from UPS requesting your social security number (required by the U.S. Customs Brokerage Department). Call UPS International at 1-800-782-7892 with your tracking number and ask to be transferred to the U.S. Customs Brokerage Department. Once you’ve provided your SSN, they will issue a hold release statement to U.S. Customs allowing UPS to clear the shipment through customs. This process takes 24hrs.
