Just received my TEVERUN fighter supreme ultra I ordered Sunday and allready received it on the customer service here is awesome they have contacted me back almost immediately with any questions I’ve had and had my scooter ready to go and shipped quickly and easily I had a horrible experience with a place called smart wheels that I’m still in the process of getting my money back from they dont answer calls and have been playing games for the last 2 weeks while I try to get my money refunded as the scooter they sold me had a major failure due to there negligence i was recommended to superscoots by multiple people and my experience has been great so far wish I had of done more research would of saved a lot of headaches if I had just went to them first but I would highly recommend doing buisness with hatim from superscoots if you are in the market for a scooter they seem to have a great selection of the newest models and I look forward to dealing with them again for future purchases

I just got the Teverun Fight Mini Pro (what a mouthful) after pestering those poor workers for weeks (not everyday, but still) and changing my mind multiple times. This is my first scooter and the 2nd electric scooter I have ever ridden so take my review as that from a newbie. The app is not only over my head, I don't think it is configured for phones as small as mine. The scooter is pretty intuitive on selecting gears, I am still shaky on how to select one wheel or both but I can... I think. When it comes to riding it. Walking mode, I think is for walking beside it. Is a nice feature as I wasn't able to stay on for the duration of my ride and some areas I didn't want to be in first. 1st gear, that is my home. For the few klicks I put on it, didn't really leave. Uphill down and all around I was happy there. Speed was less then 20km I am pretty sure. 2nd gear is snappy and my skill level isn't really there yet. I got it up to 34km/h I think, not really sure. It wasn't the best area for someone of my skill level to test. 3rd gear and Sport. I pushed up, it has them. I don't know anything about them. They were done from my mind pretty quick. I will update is something amazing happens or something terrible. So far though, fantastic experience. UPDATE: I had issues with my scooter that were my fault. I had to contact the company to get help. Online, super helpful. Walked me through a bunch of steps, some pictures, I think there might have been a video. Had to send the battery off. Got it back, plugged it in and panicked. Contacted them again. It was a non issue, but they still treated me with patience and walked me through everything. A great experience.

Hatim and super scoots crew are a treat to deal with. Instant responses to any question is customer service 101. Recieved my Fighter Mini Pro and am pleased with how it handles. Just about 70km on my first charge so far with 40% in the tank Plenty quick enough for my liking. Suspension soaks up Alberta pavement better than some vehicles. Not going to be carrying it up a flight of stairs but is packable and folding is excellent. Latch under the flared foot pad holds well.

There is a very legitimate reason for their 5.0 google rating and that is simply all to do with the Owner HATIM. If you know you know if you don't well let me tell you he picks up the phone every time I call, he answers every question I have ever had in great detail. I bought Teverun scooters in the past from other companies and Hatim warrantied anything I needed free of charge to my door within days. He came to my house after I bought a Teverun scooter elsewhere and I bricked the computer doing an update and could not get it to work so he replaced the whole scooter for me. I swear to you No One anywhere will give the service the Super Scoots will. Service is equally important as the quality of the scooter itself. Without good service and technical support with in stock parts you have ticking time bomb. Hatim fully bumper to bumper Warranties these scooters somehow for 2years, now that is standing behind your product if you ask me try and find that anywhere else it wont happen. Recently I purchased a new scooter from Hatim and I could not believe what also came with the scooter, Hatim sent me a fully armored Jacket I could not believe it. I was gonna go buy one the next day and they are not cheap at by any means, literally saved me probably $300. Why would you even consider going elsewhere when the level of Service is far beyond anything you'll find elsewhere.

Shoutout to Super Scoots and particularly Hatim Abou! Was having some issues with my LED's and we initially thought it was a faulty strip. Even after replacing with the new V3 strips it was still causing some concerns. After thuroughly going through it he found a weak/broken wire causing all the grief. He then went over my whole scoot (Fighter 11+) and did everything from adjusted set screws to replace the protection padding under the deck lid! Incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and took the time to look at everything, not just the problem. Hatim did all this even though i didn't originally get the Skoot from him! Thats a true sign of someone who believes in the products he sells! Teverun Scooter

Super Scoots was an awesome company to deal with! They answered my questions immediately before the purchase, delivered in person the very next day, and even delivered a replacement part in person when it was discovered to be broken upon setting up the scooter. The scooter I wound up purchasing is the Teverun Fighter 11, and this thing is insanely fast! It has a specified top speed of 85 km/h, but I'm a big, heavy dude at 6'3" and 275 pounds, so I wouldn't expect it to actually reach that. However, I did manage to get it up to 77 km/h today, on a flat road, and the acceleration is incredible. Very, very impressed.

I can’t even explain the straight grin I get on my face every time I hop on this thing. I had an Apollo phantom on pre order for a little over a month and a half and well the summer was over. I have gotten a chance to ride the phantom and don’t get me wrong they both have some cons and pros. I had to cancel the Apollo and this thing beats it in almost every way. I did my research and shopped around. Looking on some other reviews people mentioned teverun and that’s when I got a hold of super scoots. Any questions that I had they answered and right away. I did have to ask about parts if needed for anything and again he said no problem that he carries everything. Apollo after reading so many reviews and then the major recall for the stem I had to cancel. I haven’t experienced ordering anything from Apollo for parts but from what I read everywhere people’s will be even waiting months for parts. No thanks. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase other than now wanting an even bigger machine. lol. Good solid product and built really well. I have had to take it in to a cycle shop here on the island where I’m from and they were shocked at the build quality. I’ll recommend them to anyone out there and super scoots be expecting me to buy another at some point! Cheers!

Super scoots is where it's at in Edmonton people. I was a previous owner of an electric scooter called the mantis 10. I decided after some research that these teverun scooters are very top of the line. After waiting a bit hatim would not hesitate to message me back assuring me the shipment is still in transit. I purchased a blade gt2 and I'll say it is by far the best experience I've had on an electronic scooter. Not only does the build quality feel insanely strong , the ride quality will blow your mind.
