I planned to make the 7260r my final purchase, and it turns out, because of Super Scoots, it was the best decision I've ever made! The owner was amazing! The business slogan" Customer is King "may be a common slogan for business people, but I was convinced that Hatim is responsible and doing his best does. I had a bad experience on another Internet site. After being scammed online shopping, everything seemed like a lie. Hatim didn't sell me a scooter only, but he gave me trust with the heart of fully understanding the best way he could and my bad experiences. In the middle of purchasing the scooter I wanted, my bank protected me with so many safeguards that another consumer purchased it in the middle of the scooter purchase payment, so I lost a good opportunity from Hatim. He consulted kindly and comfortably like a neighbor next door, not a business operator, so I felt like he wanted to run a branch in Toronto. It wasn't the same time as his business place and Toronto, where I live, so we could consult each other sometimes immediately and sometimes the day after sending a message. During this period, Hatim tried to give me all the opportunities he could give me, and his heart, words, and actions provided me with an opportunity to escape from pain. I was lucky to meet Hakim who did business like this through the Internet and was able to buy a scooter pleasantly. So I bought Teverun fighter supreme ultra. But I want to buy the Teverun 7260R edition as soon as possible. This model currently out of stock and cannot buy it. I want to hear Hakim's good purchase terms and advice again. Just thinking about it makes my heart happy. I haven't seen his face and consulted only by message, but sometimes I want to say "hello" to Hatim. Thank you Hatim Abau for your sincere advice. Hatim and super scoots crew are a treat to deal with. Instant responses to any question is customer service 101. Recieved my Fighter Mini Pro and am pleased with how it handles. Just about 70km on my first charge so far with 40% in the tank Plenty quick enough for my liking. Suspension soaks up Alberta pavement better than some vehicles. Not going to be carrying it up a flight of stairs but is packable and folding is excellent. Latch under the flared foot pad holds well.

If you are thinking of getting a scooter from them - just do it! Quick responses, super helpful and fast shipping. I’m loving my blade mini!

Very friendly and very quick to respond customer service. They want to make sure you are safe and happy with your scooter. One minor thing when scooter arrived it was missing one bolt for the handle bar connection. But oh well stuff happens and we've all lost or dropped small things. I got the teverun fighter supreme ultra and was blown away by the build quality and absolutely insane acceleration.

There is a very legitimate reason for their 5.0 google rating and that is simply all to do with the Owner HATIM. If you know you know if you don't well let me tell you he picks up the phone every time I call, he answers every question I have ever had in great detail. I bought Teverun scooters in the past from other companies and Hatim warrantied anything I needed free of charge to my door within days. He came to my house after I bought a Teverun scooter elsewhere and I bricked the computer doing an update and could not get it to work so he replaced the whole scooter for me. I swear to you No One anywhere will give the service the Super Scoots will. Service is equally important as the quality of the scooter itself. Without good service and technical support with in stock parts you have ticking time bomb. Hatim fully bumper to bumper Warranties these scooters somehow for 2years, now that is standing behind your product if you ask me try and find that anywhere else it wont happen. Recently I purchased a new scooter from Hatim and I could not believe what also came with the scooter, Hatim sent me a fully armored Jacket I could not believe it. I was gonna go buy one the next day and they are not cheap at by any means, literally saved me probably $300. Why would you even consider going elsewhere when the level of Service is far beyond anything you'll find elsewhere.

Shoutout to Super Scoots and particularly Hatim Abou! Was having some issues with my LED's and we initially thought it was a faulty strip. Even after replacing with the new V3 strips it was still causing some concerns. After thuroughly going through it he found a weak/broken wire causing all the grief. He then went over my whole scoot (Fighter 11+) and did everything from adjusted set screws to replace the protection padding under the deck lid! Incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and took the time to look at everything, not just the problem. Hatim did all this even though i didn't originally get the Skoot from him! Thats a true sign of someone who believes in the products he sells! Teverun Scooter

The customer service is BEYOND BELIEF TEH BEST I have ever experienced in any product or servoce I have ever purchased. Consultaion, assistance, help with littl ethings like when silly me lost a key card etc.. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! If you want an amazing scooter (topspedd of Fighter 11+ confirmed at 85kph:-)) then go nowhere else. Fast, efficient, friendly and based in Canada. Give these guys your $ and you wont be disapointed!!

Super Scoots was an awesome company to deal with! They answered my questions immediately before the purchase, delivered in person the very next day, and even delivered a replacement part in person when it was discovered to be broken upon setting up the scooter. The scooter I wound up purchasing is the Teverun Fighter 11, and this thing is insanely fast! It has a specified top speed of 85 km/h, but I'm a big, heavy dude at 6'3" and 275 pounds, so I wouldn't expect it to actually reach that. However, I did manage to get it up to 77 km/h today, on a flat road, and the acceleration is incredible. Very, very impressed.

I can’t even explain the straight grin I get on my face every time I hop on this thing. I had an Apollo phantom on pre order for a little over a month and a half and well the summer was over. I have gotten a chance to ride the phantom and don’t get me wrong they both have some cons and pros. I had to cancel the Apollo and this thing beats it in almost every way. I did my research and shopped around. Looking on some other reviews people mentioned teverun and that’s when I got a hold of super scoots. Any questions that I had they answered and right away. I did have to ask about parts if needed for anything and again he said no problem that he carries everything. Apollo after reading so many reviews and then the major recall for the stem I had to cancel. I haven’t experienced ordering anything from Apollo for parts but from what I read everywhere people’s will be even waiting months for parts. No thanks. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase other than now wanting an even bigger machine. lol. Good solid product and built really well. I have had to take it in to a cycle shop here on the island where I’m from and they were shocked at the build quality. I’ll recommend them to anyone out there and super scoots be expecting me to buy another at some point! Cheers!
