Some of the aspects we like most about Teverun electric scooters is that parts are readily available, often consistent between models, and relatively easy to replace. Like all high-performance electric scooters, parts do sometimes break (although under our new warranty we cover all of them in the first year and the important ones in the second year).

As scooter riders and owners ourselves, we know that the more and harder you ride you scooters, the more things wear out. We also know that scooters can last a long time with proper maintenance. Basically, owning a scooter means regular purchases of parts.

For this reason we’ve adopted a simple policy for our scooter customers that thanks them and rewards them, instead of conducting sales of every major or minor holiday (which is usually not when you need the parts) like some other companies.
